RESUMEN:
Partiendo del marco teórico-clínico de MARTY, se establece la diferenciación entre trastorno histérico y psicosomático.
Se trabaja con 120 pacientes de la U.R.A (Hospital “DOCE DE OCTUBRE”) Madrid. Aplicación de Clasificación Psicosomática, Test de Rorschach, batería de cuestionarios de personalidad para medir alexitimia y nivel de estrés.
Se investiga la relación de coincidencia entre el embarazo exitoso, tras la aplicación de T.R.A. y el grado de mentalización.
RESULTADOS:

- Resultados de embarazo exitoso o no exitoso y grado de mentalización;
- Resultados de embarazo y grado de alexitimia;
- Resultados de embarazo y nivel de estrés.
- Se obtiene una correlación positiva entre la “Clasificación Psicosomática y test de Rorschach.
- Se encuentra asociación estadística positiva entre el grado de mentalización de los sujetos y los resultados de embarazo en la aplicación de T.R.A.
ABSTRACT:
“INCIDENCE OF THE PSYCOSOMATIC IN FEMININE INFERTILITY FROM THE DEGREE OF MENTALIZATION”
Starting from the theoretical-clinical framework of P. MARTY, the differentiation between hysterical and psychosomatic disorder is established. It works with 120 patients from the U.R.A (Assisted Reproduction Unit) of the DOCE DE OCTUBRE Hospital in Madrid. The following diagnostic techniques were applied to all the subjects individually and under the same environmental conditions: Psychosomatic Classification, Rorschach Test, battery of personality questionnaires to measure alexithymia and stress level. The coincidence relationship between successful pregnancy was investigated, after the application of T.R.A. and the degree of mentalization, obtained from the coincidence between Marty’s Psychosomatic Classification and the selected criteria of the Rorschach Test.
RESULTS:
- There is a coincidence relationship between Psychosomatic and Rorschach classification regarding the degree of mentalization.
- Results of successful or unsuccessful pregnancy and degree of mentalization.
- Results of successful pregnancy and degree of alexithymia.
- Successful pregnancy results and stress level.
- A positive correlation is obtained between the «Psychosomatic Classification and Rorschach test».
- A positive statistical association is found between the degree of mentalization of the subjects and the pregnancy results in the application of T.R.A.
